1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The product is returned in its original packaging with all accessories and tags (if applicable).
- Your return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The item is not listed as a non-returnable product.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and other reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Personal care and beauty products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Customized or personalized products
- Digital products (if applicable)
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve your request quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging (if damaged)
We’ll review your request and provide a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Exchange Policy
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we’ll gladly arrange a replacement whenever possible.
If a replacement is unavailable, we’ll issue a full refund.
6. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
For all other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping fees unless otherwise stated.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are processed for shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled but may qualify for a return under this policy.
